Bookings:

We require a $1000 dep. to confirm booking; Full 50% of Hunt Cost (per hunter) req. to confirm 2008 booking & balance is worked out during hunt.

Cancellation:

Full refund less 10% of deposit if cancellation is received 6 months prior to hunt commencement date. Full refund less 20% of deposit if cancellation isreceived 3 months prior to hunt commencement dateThere will be no refund if cancellation is received within 3 months prior to hunt commencement date
