 Limited Power of Attorney with Durable Provision

     To all persons be it known, that the above named applicant, Grantor does hereby make and grant a limited power of attorney to Aaron Neilson, and/or Global Hunting Resources Professional Application Service, and does thereupon constitute and appoint said individuals as my attorney-in fact and Registered agent.

My attorney-in fact shall have limited powers and authority to do and under take such acts as herein described on my behalf that I could do personally, with full power substitution and revocation.  Granted are the powers to execute such special hunt license applications, license and endorsement of such license funds.  My attorney-in fact hereby accepts this appointment subject to its terms and agrees to act and perform in said fiduciary capacity consistent with my best interests as he, in his best discretion, deems advisable, and I affirm and ratify all acts so undertaken.

This power-of attorney shall be revoked by disability of the grantor, and shall otherwise continue in full force and effect until revoked by subsequent writing.

Information you should be aware of when using our services:

PREFERENCE POINTS:

Colorado:  Participates in a preference point system when it comes to applying for limited draw licenses.  A preference point actually gives you preference over another applicant in which you have more points than they do. To be eligible to draw for SHEEP and GOAT, you will need a minimum of 3 preference points. Other species depend on the area applied for.  Up to 2 applicants can apply as a party for sheep or goat, up to 4 can apply as a party for other species.

New Mexico:   Does not have a preference point program.  Up to 4 applicants can apply as a party for Elk.

 

GLOBAL HUNTING RESOURCES APPLICATION SERVICE

 

This service is provided to you to ensure your big game applications in Colorado and New Mexico are done correctly, on-time and in the areas that give you the best opportunities of obtaining the permits which best suit your specific hunting desires. There is a $25.00 PER YEAR, PER STATE application fee regardless of the number of species you wish to apply for. Obviously utilize this to your advantage. You are required to sign the limited power of attorney document, which allows us to sign your applications and submit them for you.

 

OUR ADVICE AND COMMITMENT

 

We strongly suggest giving our service serious consideration, as we know the best areas in Colorado and New Mexico. Although we make no guarantees as to your ability to draw the permits, we do guarantee a regard for the detail required in submitting the applications correctly and on-time.  Remember, the more opportunities you give yourself to draw, the better the odds are that you actually will.

*New Mexico Law requires applicant to hunt with the outfitter sponsoring the application.

Use the YOUR AREA space provided if you have a specific unit you want us to apply you for.  Weapons:  R for RIFLE, M for MUZZLELOADER, A for ARCHERY.

Colorado applications must be returned to G.H.R. by March 25th

New Mexico application must be returned to G.H.R. by April 17th

                                                                                   

You must submit a separate check for each specie, in each state.

For example: Bighorn Sheep (CO) = $1,761.00

                      Qualit/HD Elk (NM) = $768.00

Checks payable to: Colorado Division of Wildlife or New Mexico Game & Fish Dept.

 

Also include a separate check for the application services in the amount of $25.00 per state made payable to Global Hunting Resources, Inc.
